PhxTMD Health and Safety Policy

We may change this policy based on public health agency guidelines.

For all PhxTMD events:

We encourage all participants to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu to protect themselves and other participants, but do not require it.
Masking is optional but recommended – respiratory virus infections are rising nationally.
If you test positive for COVID and have attended a PhxTMD event within a 5-day period, please email webmaster@phxtmd.org so we can inform other participants.

Additional Requirements for the Winter Frolic:

If you develop symptoms during the weekend you must leave the event and we may ask to share your name with other dancers so they can make decisions about their own health, exposure, etc.; a partial refund may be available.
We will offer a full refund for any participant who tests positive for COVID or flu, or has symptoms of any communicable disease before the dance and is therefore unable to attend.
