Frolic Covid Guidelines

PhxTMD Health and Safety Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy based on CDC guidelines.

For all PhxTMD events:

1. We encourage all participants to be vaccinated for Covid and flu to protect themselves and other participants, but do not require it. 
2. Masking is optional.
3. If you test positive for COVID and have attended a PhxTMD event within a 5-day period, please email webmaster@phxtmd.org so we can inform other participants. 

Additional Requirements for the Winter Frolic: 

1. A rapid Covid test (or a picture of the test results) done within six hours of arrival at the dance is required.
2. A limited number of Covid rapid tests will be available at the welcome table.
3. If you develop symptoms during the weekend you must leave the event and we may ask to share your name with other dancers so they can make decisions about their own health, exposure, etc.; a partial refund may be available.
4. We will offer a full refund for any participant who tests positive for Covid or flu, or has symptoms of any communicable disease before the dance and is therefore unable to attend.

You will be asked to acknowledge you have read and accept these guidelines when you register.
