Registration includes admission to Friday night and both Saturday dances and ample snacks.
You must register to attend the mini-weekend! Dancers are admitted as applications are received, and we do not balance genders or dance roles. You may cancel your registration before January 1, 2019 for a refund, minus $5.
We encourage dancers to attend all sessions to create the best experience for all. We understand that work, school and family commitments make that difficult for some. So, we have made some changes this Frolic that may help.
We also have a few partial discounts for anyone willing to prepare and serve snacks during dances. We have pricing options for non-dancing family or friends that wish to hear the music. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in a listener or snack volunteer discount, or have other questions or requests.
Payment is through PayPal credit card processing. You do not need a PayPal account. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or your own PayPal account, if you have one. You will receive registration and payment confirmations by email once payment is complete.
Please register one person at a time. Click the 'Register and Pay by Credit Card' button below to access the registration form. When you finish filling in the form, you will be taken to PayPal to enter your card information.
You can register and mail a check by clicking 'Register and Pay by Check' below and filling in the form, then clicking 'Submit Registration'. You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted the form.
Your registration is not complete until we receive your payment. Before December 28, please mail your check payable to PHXTMD to:

Please include the name of each dancer you are paying for in the memo field on the check.
December 28 and after, please bring your check, cash, or credit card to the Frolic and pay at the door.
